Returns Policy
It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a record of satisfied customers and want to serve as your radio provider for the long-term. If you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to exchange your unused/unopened product for the correct item.
In the event that a return is required, a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed and the shipping charges are non-refundable. Any Product returned must be returned within 20 days of the date of your original purchase invoice and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in original condition. Items past 20 days are not eligible for credit. Please follow the return procedures to ensure proper return credit. Credits will be issued in the same manner of payment.
All returns must be returned in original product packaging with all labels included. The product, accessories and product packaging must not have any markings, must not be damaged and must be in new condition.
The return must not appear to be tampered with.
To initiate the return process please call us at 800-633-1025 or 816-279-2065 and speak with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Department. Please DO NOT email us regarding any returns, as those emails will not get answered.
After you receive a RMA, prepare your shipment package by placing the original product and accessories inside the original product packaging and then placing in a new shipping box. Please make sure the RMA is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box so that our receiving department can process the package in a timely manner.
Packages without a RMA will be rejected at the customer’s expense.
